486 results about "Bound property" patented technology

A bound property of an object is a property which transmits notification of any changes to an adapter or event handler. A simple example is the text property of a textbox control. Changes made by an end user can be monitored, and perhaps corrected by a verification routine. There is still a fair amount of semantic ambiguity in regards to fundamental concepts in object and component orientation, so when discussing the concept of properties we must be clear whether the definition is a general one, or, a specific notion unique to a given language or methodology. In general, we speak of object properties in context of component orientation, or libraries of reusable objects, since the specification of an objects properties and object property access methods is fundamentally concerned with addressing contractual specification related to the 'uniform' and 'standard' use and interaction semantics of components. An object's property, in contrast to its member fields, is a conceptual construct which does not necessarily have a corresponding data-type member element in the object itself. Also note that an object can expose a member field as a property.

Single-molecule selection methods are provided for identifying target-binding molecules from diverse sequence and shape libraries. Complexes and imprints of selected target-binding molecules are also provided. The subject selection methods are used to identify oligonucleotide and nonnucleotide molecules with desirable properties for use in pharmaceuticals, drug discovery, drug delivery, diagnostics, medical devices, cosmetics, agriculture, environmental remediation, smart materials, packaging, microelectronics and nanofabrication. Single oligonucleotide molecules with desirable binding properties are selected from diverse sequence libraries and identified by amplification and sequencing. Alternatively, selected oligonucleotide molecules are identified by sequencing without amplification. Nonnucleotide molecules with desirable properties are identified by single-molecule selection from libraries of conjugated molecules or nucleotide-encoded nonnucleotide molecules. Alternatively, target-specific nonnucleotide molecules are prepared by imprinting selected oligonucleotide molecules into nonnucleotide molecular media. Complexes and imprints of molecules identified by single-molecule selection are shown to have broad utility as drugs, prodrugs, drug delivery systems, willfully reversible cosmetics, diagnostic reagents, sensors, transducers, actuators, adhesives, adherents and novel multimolecular devices.

Direct forming manufacturing method of metal-based multilayer/gradient composite board and process unit of direct forming manufacturing method

The invention discloses a direct forming manufacturing method of a metal-based multilayer/gradient composite board and a process unit of the direct forming manufacturing method. Scale, corrosion materials and other impurities on the joint surface of a base board are removed through chemical cleaning, the cleaned surface is subjected to gradient power electromagnetic induction heating or laser bombardment surface treatment, all phases near the joint surface are fully dissolved, a solid solution is enhanced, toughness and corrosion resistance are improved, the surface stress of the board is eliminated, and surface laser treatment is conducted to improve the binding property of a composite layer; raw materials of the composite layer are added and injected through powder laying, a high-energy heat source is adopted for irradiation or induction heating to melt powder, metallurgical bonding is formed between the composite layer and a base, and control over the final shape of a cold/hot-rolled board is conducted. The obtained multilayer/gradient composite board is compact in surface structure, bonding between the composite layer and the base and between layers is good, and the interlayer bonding performance of the composite board is remarkably improved. The process is high in flexibility, and the production period of the metal-based composite board can be greatly shortened after the process is combined with an existing continuous casting technology.

Method for electrochemically modifying surface of ultrasonic-enhanced carbon fiber

The invention provides a method for electrochemically modifying surface of ultrasonic-enhanced carbon fiber. The method comprises the following steps of: firstly, pretreating the surface of the carbon fiber material, secondarily, soaking the pretreated carbon fiber material into an electrolytic bath filled with strong electrolyte solution; and by taking the carbon fiber material as an electrochemically oxidized anode and graphite as an electrochemically oxidized cathode, guiding in current through control of a voltage-stabilizing power supply, wherein the current intensity is 1A/g-2A/g; and under the conditions of ultrasonic power of 200W-2000W, ultrasonic frequency of 20kHz-100kHz, and water bath temperature of 20 DEG C-70 DEG C, carrying out ultrasonic oscillation for three minutes to 15 minutes to produce surface modification, and finally washing and drying to obtain surface-modified carbon fiber. With the method, the surface roughness of the carbon fiber can be increased, the wetting property of the carbon fiber can also be improved due to introduction of polar group into the surface of the fiber, the binding property between the carbon fiber and a resin matrix can be enhanced, and the interface property of binding the carbon fiber with other materials can be increased.
