Abstract

The invention discloses an experiment device for simulating real scattering behaviors of tyre wear particles. The experiment device is characterized in that the experiment device comprises a support, a tyre, a rotation wheel and a wind-outlet device. The tyre and the rotation wheel are coupled to the support; the rotation wheel is arranged right under the tyre; the support is fixedly provided with a horizontal plate for simulating a road surface; the horizontal plate is arranged between the tyre and the rotation wheel; the horizontal plate is provided with a groove; the outer circumference surface of the rotation wheel passes through the groove and is abutted against the outer circumference surface of the tyre; the friction coefficient of the outer circumference surface of the rotation wheel is equal to or similar to the friction coefficient of a real road surface; the support is fixedly provided with a wheel cover for simulating an automobile tire splash guard; the wheel cover covers the tyre; the support is provided with a tyre rotation driving device and a rotation wheel rotation driving device; and the wind-outlet device is arranged in front of the tyre. The experiment device has the advantages that the experiment device can simulate real scattering behaviors of the tyre wear particles very well, thereby facilitating to develop a follow-up study for capture of the wear particles; and the whole device is simple in structure.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an experimental device for studying tire use conditions, in particular to an experimental device for simulating the real scattering behavior of tire wear particles. Background technique [0002] During the driving process of the car, the tires are in contact with the ground, and the tire wear particles produced after wear and tear will enter the atmosphere and cause environmental pollution. In order to reduce the pollution of tire wear particles to the atmosphere, it is necessary to clarify the scattering behavior of tire wear particles in order to study their capture. But there is currently no practical device for studying the real scattering behavior of tire wear particles. Contents of the invention [0003] The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide an experimental device for simulating the real scattering behavior of tire wear particles, which can be used to study the real scattering behavi...
