Abstract

By using the asymmetric insulation lead provided by the invention, the insulation paper cushioned on the surface of the asymmetric insulation lead can serve as interlayer insulation of a coil, and an interlayer insulation material does not have to be laid and cushioned for winding of the coil. Since the coil is free from such interlayer insulation materials as non-woven fabrics or glass fiber ribbons and the like, the deep layer of the coil tends to be dry, the drying time is shortened, an epoxy resin can easily penetrate into the coil in a cast process, the cast time is shortened, and the manufacturing time of the coil is also reduced.
