Abstract

The invention discloses a heat recovery device. The device comprises heat absorbing oil which is used for absorbing the heat of a busbar, a liquid pipeline which is arranged along the longitudinal direction of the busbar and is used for accommodating the heat absorbing oil, and a heating device. The liquid pipeline comprises a liquid inlet end which is used for accommodating the heat absorbing oil which does not absorb heat and a liquid outlet end which is used for discharging the heat absorbing oil which absorbs heat. The heating device is connected with the liquid outlet end to use the heat. The liquid inlet end and the liquid outlet end are provided with check valves which prevent the heat absorbing oil from back flowing. The invention further discloses a water treatment system which comprises the heat recovery device. The heat recovery device uses the heat absorbing oil and the liquid pipeline to absorb and use the heat of the busbar. The heat of the busbar is effectively used and recovered.
