Abstract

The invention discloses an automobile lightweight polyester nonwoven fabric with a bonding damping layer. The polyester nonwoven fabric sequentially comprises a compact layer, a semi-compact layer and a fluffy layer, the densities of the compact layer, the semi-compact layer and the fluffy layer successively decrease along the thickness direction of a nonwoven fabric layer, and the surface of the compact layer is compounded with a damping glue layer. A preparation method of the polyester nonwoven fabric comprises the following steps: preparing a nonwoven fabric made of the nonwoven fabric layer; sprinkling hot melt powder among the compact layer, the semi-compact layer and the fluffy layer of the nonwoven fabric, and firmly bonding the above three layers through a rolling technology; spraying damping glue of the damping glue layer on the compact layer; and compounding the surface of the damping glue with release paper with a release paper protection layer taken off when being used. The polyester nonwoven fabric prepared in the above mode meets new requirements of automobile lightweight, improves the automobile comfortableness index, enlarges the riding space in an automobile, and reduces noises in the automobile; and the damping glue on the polyester nonwoven fabric can reduce low frequency noises generated due to vibration in the fast traveling process of the automobile, and is unique in damping materials; and the polyester nonwoven fabric improves the comfort level of people in the automobile, reduces noise fatigue, and makes driving be safe.
