Abstract

A making process of a through-surface folding fan comprises the steps as follows: preparing bamboo or wood, machining the bamboo or wood into a fan rib, putting the fan rib in weather-proof wood oil, heating fan rib anticorrosive solution to 60-65 DEG C, and boiling the solution for 4-5 hours; taking the bamboo rib out, spraying the bamboo rib with water to remove attachments on the fan rib, and drying the fan rib; spraying the fan rib after drying with hydrogen peroxide, and baking the fan rib in a baking room until the surface of the fan rib is dry; using a cutter to uniformly cut the fan rib in step (c) to obtain a plurality of identical fan rib rods; getting emulsion and water, evenly mixing emulsion and water according to the ratio of 1:2, and heating the mixture to 75-85 DEG C for 1-2 hours to obtain an emulsion adhesive; and getting a piece of cloth or paper, hanging and drying the cloth or paper in an environment of 15-25 DEG C, and flattening the cloth or paper with a rolling log to obtain a fan covering material.
