The lifting winch is installed on a bottom frame of the hanging bracket, the steel cables wound around the lifting winch are directly connected with pulleys on the two sides of the middle of the trestle body through a pulley system installed on the hanging bracket, and therefore a vertical swing structure of the trestle body with the eye plate as a hinging point is formed. The hanging bracket is dragged by the displacement winch through the wound steel cables to reciprocate along the rail. The trestle body is in a flatly-placed state, can be moved to the inner side of the ship board along with the hanging bracket so as to be in a hidden state and can be in an erected state when moved reversely.
