Abstract

The invention provides a magnetic compatible copper alloy material used for biomedical implantation. According to the chemical components of the alloy, the alloy is composed of, by weight, 1-60 parts of Zn, 0.01-10 parts of Ag, 0.01-45 parts of Au, 0.5-5 parts of Si, 0.01-2 parts of P, 0-2 parts of Se, 0-0.5 part of Bi, 0-0.01 part of C and the balance Cu, and the content of Cu is not smaller than 40%. The copper alloy has diamagnetism and does not generate heat in the nuclear magnetic resonance MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) process or generate metal artifact influencing the imaging. The copper alloy has excellent mechanical properties and biocompatibility. Meanwhile, the copper alloy is suitable for surgical implants and medical apparatus and can be widely applied to jewelry and products which make contact with a human body frequently.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of alloys, and in particular provides a novel magnetically compatible copper alloy material and its application. Background technique [0002] Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is a non-destructive examination and has become one of the indispensable imaging diagnostic methods in the current medical field. MRI has good soft tissue resolution, is a non-invasive technique, and has no X-ray radiation damage. However, the most obvious disadvantage of MRI clinically is that patients with metal implants, such as cardiac pacemakers, artificial limbs, shrapnel, hemostatic clips, artificial heart valves, fixed steel plates, screws, artificial femoral heads, etc., cannot be examined. , because the movement or heating of metal foreign bodies under the magnetic field may damage important organs and large blood vessels, and the MRI metal artifacts produced by the metal itself also seriously affect the resolution of the image.
