The method comprises following steps: hoisting a ground hatch cover by the use of a hoisting tool, and moving the ground hatch cover away by the use of a transport vehicle; placing a ground shielding device and a rotatable cover plate on the place above a ground steel box; moving an upper cover of a container and the rotatable cover plate away; placing a filter core retainer storage shielding barrel on the ground shielding device by the use of the hoisting tool; enabling a retainer gripper to enter the interior of the filter so as to grip a filter core retainer and lift the filter core retainer to the interior of the retainer storage shielding barrel; placing a filter core transferring device on a third transport vehicle; enabling the third transport vehicle to run to the place above the ground shielding device; enabling a lead cylinder on the outer layer of the ground shielding device to rise and cover the lower edge of a transport vehicle shielding barrel before grabbing the filter core; and then grabbing the filter core.
