An embodiment of the invention discloses a method and apparatus for establishing communication connection. The method comprises the steps of receiving a communication request sent by a target mobile terminal; according to a preset transmitting power of the target mobile terminal, estimating an energy efficiency value of each communication link that a remote radio unit (RRH) in each available sub network accessed by the target mobile terminal has to pass through; determining an optimal communication link and a corresponding relay domain based on the estimated energy efficiency value; constructing an energy efficiency optimization model; based on a preset non-negative parameter, transforming the energy efficiency optimization model and performing relaxation treatment of a binary variable; generating network resource allocation information specific for the target mobile terminal by combining a Lagrangian dual algorithm and a gradient iterative method; and transmitting the network resource allocation information to the corresponding RRH accessed by the target mobile terminal. The embodiment of the invention can be used for achieving the purpose of reducing energy consumption in the communication process.
