Abstract

The invention provides a method for adjusting spice image quality dynamically in real time. The method comprises the following steps: (1) a parameter management module operating in a spice-server process is set, and reads and writes internal variables used for saving parameters, and a spice picture processing module changes video compression methods in real time according to internal parameters provided by the parameter management module, wherein the internal parameters are used for configuring compression parameters and determining whether the compression parameters are configured manually or not; (2) a spice network communication module corrects the compression parameters of the parameter management module in real time according to network communication conditions, and automatically selects compression parameters; and (3) an external program corrects the compression parameters in real time according to inter-process communication when manual configuration is executed. The method has the advantages that the bandwidth requirement of network communication of a virtual machine can be lowered, the virtual machine can be operated via a network under the condition of low bandwidth, and communication delay is lowered effectively when bandwidth fluctuates.
