Abstract

The invention discloses a flow compensation control system of a multi-way valve. The flow compensation control system comprises a control oil path and main oil paths of at least two execution elements. An electric proportional flow valve and a pressure compensation valve are arranged in each main oil path. The control oil path comprises at least two shuttle valves. Pressure oil of the main oil path with the maximum load pressure is collected through the shuttle valves and introduced into the control oil path; the load pressure of each main oil path is detected through a corresponding pressure sensor; pressure signals of all the pressure sensors are collected through a controller; the main oil path with the maximum load pressure is determined after the load pressures of all the main oil paths are compared; and then the current value of the electric proportional flow valve in the main oil path with the maximum load pressure is increased through the controller so that the oil quantity of the main oil path with the maximum load pressure can be increased. The invention further provides the multi-way valve and a flow compensation control method thereof. By means of the flow compensation control system and the flow compensation control method, the accuracy of flow control over the multi-way valve is improved.
