The gas-steam combined system comprises a gas turbine, a steam circulation loop, an absorption heat pump, an absorption refrigerating machine, a front heat exchanger and a switching device, wherein the switching device is in butt joint with the absorption heat pump, the absorption refrigerating machine and the front heat exchanger respectively, so as to switch the absorption refrigerating machine between the state of coming into use and the state of out of use. Part of water vapor in a steam turbine enters a heating driving passage from an extraction opening to be used as driving power of the absorption heat pump, so that a cycle fluid is heated in a second heat exchange passage, and cooling water is cooled in a first heat exchange passage; and heated cycle fluid is used for preheating air flowing through a fourth heat exchange passage or driving the absorption refrigerating machine to precool air, so as to adjust the temperature of air entering the gas turbine, and achieve optimal efficiency of the whole gas-steam combined system.
