Embodiment 1

[0018] The application of the copper adenine coordination polymer of the present invention in the detection of phenformin hydrochloride comprises the following steps: first the prepared Cu 2 (N3,N9-Ade) 4 (H 2 O) 2 ·5H 2 O and graphite powder, add dropwise liquid paraffin and grind for half an hour to make a carbon paste electrode. In the three-electrode system, under the differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) technique, the applied potential is 0.5V-1.2V, at 4mL0.1molL -1 In the PBS (PH=7) electrolyte, add different concentrations of c each time (the concentration of phenformin hydrochloride is 0 (that is, no test substance is added), 0.005×10-3molL-1, 0.1×10-3molL- 1,0.15×10-3molL-1,0.2×10-3molL-1,0.25×10-3molL-1,0.30×10-3molL-1,0.35×10-3molL-1,0.4×10-3molL-1, 0.45×10-3molL-1, 0.5×10-3molL-1, 0.55×10-3molL-1, 0.6×10-3molL-1) of the analyte phenformin hydrochloride, sweep the DPV curve, and take the The peak current value Ip, a series of points are obtained, so that the l...

Embodiment 2

[0022] The prepared coordination polymer Cu 2 (N3,N9-Ade) 4 (H 2 O) 2 ·5H 2 O and graphite powder, add dropwise liquid paraffin and grind for half an hour to make a carbon paste electrode. In the three-electrode system, using cyclic voltammetry technique, the applied potential is -0.2V-0.6V, at 4mL0.1molL -1 In the PBS (PH=7) electrolyte, the electrocatalytic effect of the bare electrode on hydrogen peroxide and the electrocatalytic reduction of hydrogen peroxide on the electrode modified with a coordination polymer were respectively detected. We found that Cu 2 (N3,N9-Ade) 4 (H 2 O) 2 ·5H 2 O can electrocatalyze the reduction process of hydrogen peroxide. Under the detection potential of -0.2V, using chronoamperometry, the coordination polymer electrode is at 0.1mol L -1 , pH 7.0 and deoxygenated PBS for H 2 o 2 Response time-current curves of hydrogen peroxide. The figure shows H 2 o 2 at 5.0 x 10 -5 mol L -1 to 2.0×10 -3 mol L -1 range, the sensor respons...

Abstract

The invention discloses a use of a copper-adenine coordination polymer in electrochemical sensing. The copper-adenine coordination polymer has a chemical formula of Cu2(N3, N9-Ade)4(H2O)2. 5H2O. An electrode is prepared from the copper-adenine coordination polymer and through a three-electrode system, phenformin hydrochloride is detected through a differential pulse voltammetry method. Through a cyclic voltammetry method and a chronoamperometry method, hydrogen peroxide is detected. The electrode modification process is simple and is free of a toxic substance CdS. The modified electrode can be used for detecting hydrogen peroxide and phenformin hydrochloride and realizes double functions of a sensor.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the application of a copper adenine coordination polymer, especially the application in electrochemical sensing. Background technique [0002] Phenformin hydrochloride is a drug used to treat adults with non-insulin-dependent diabetes and some insulin-dependent diabetes. At present, the methods used to detect phenformin mainly include high performance liquid chromatography, spectrophotometry, chemiluminescence, and electrochemical methods. Electrochemical detection has been widely used in medical care, environmental detection, disease diagnosis and other fields due to its advantages of simple operation, high sensitivity, fast analysis speed, good selectivity, and easy portability. However, there is only one article report on electrochemical detection (Colloids and Surfaces B: Biointerfaces110 (2013) 8–14), which uses Graphene-CdS (slightly toxic) and then immobilizes DNA to detect phenformin hydrochloride. [0003] Metal aden...
