The device comprises a current supply circuit, an alarm circuit and an automatic-recovery circuit safety switch, wherein the safety switch comprises a Ti54Ni34Cu12 shaped memory alloy wire, a fastening screw, a sliding sheet, a pre-loading spring, a current supply circuit conversion contact, an alarm circuit conversion contact, an insulation guide rail, a metal fixing clip, a primary wire and a contact conversion guide rail. By means of phase state conversion of the Ti54Ni34Cu12 with TW-SME between a low-temperature state and a high-temperature state, the timely switching between the current supply circuit and the alarm circuit is achieved.
