The groove-type light-gathering plate is focused to form a line, and the energy-gathering pipe is arranged on the focusing line of the groove-type light-gathering plate. Photovoltaic patches used for generating power are pasted to the outer wall of the side, facing the groove-type light-gathering plate, of the energy-gathering pipe. A storage battery is connected to the photovoltaic patches. The energy-gathering pipe is a hollow pipe. The two ends of the energy-gathering pipe are connected with the water storage tank to form cooling water circulation.
