Abstract

The invention discloses a silicone-rubber composite material for an electronic product and a preparation method. The silicone-rubber composite material comprises a surface silicone-rubber layer (1), a middle silicone-rubber layer (2) and a base material (3), which are sequentially compositely connected with one another from top to bottom; and the preparation method comprises the following steps: coating release paper or a release film with additive liquid silicone-rubber which is used for forming the surface silicone-rubber layer (1) and carrying out vulcanization to obtain the surface silicone-rubber layer (1); coating the vulcanized surface silicone-rubber layer (1) with the additive liquid silicone-rubber which is used for forming the middle silicone-rubber layer (2) and carrying out vulcanization to obtain a rubber layer which reaches the required thickness; and coating the silicone-rubber layer vulcanized in the previous step with the additive liquid silicone-rubber which is used for forming the middle silicone-rubber layer (2), laminating the base material (3) for vulcanization, and stripping the release paper or the release film to prepare the silicone-rubber composite material for the electronic product. The silicone-rubber composite material prepared by the method can be stamped into various shapes, has high strength as a special composite material for the electronic product, and has the advantages of antifouling property, dustproof property, wear-resisting property, scratch resistance and attractive appearance.
