The method specifically includes the steps that pinellia tenata (Thum b.) Breit and the flue-cured tobacco are planted in the field in an open mode, according to the specific planting mode, one part is used for planting flue-cured tobacco, one part is used for planting pinellia tenata (Thum b.) Breit, and the flue-cured tobacco and pinellia tenata (Thum b.) Breit are planted at an interval; in the second year, pinellia ternate and the flue-cured tobacco are planted with the positions being exchanged. The interplanting scheme overcomes continuous cropping obstacles of flue-cured tobacco and pinellia ternate. Besides, the flue-cured tobacco in the interplanting method is adopted and can achieve the shading, cooling and moisture retention functions, field microclimate can be remarkably improved, the sprout tumbling phenomenon of pinellia ternate in summer can be overcome, vigorous growth of pinellia ternate in summer is guaranteed, and the yield of pinellia ternate is increased.
