Abstract

According to the most dependent criterion that mutual information of multiple metabolite features serves as a fitness function value, a heuristic intelligent multimode optimization algorithm is used to search optimization from an optimal feature subset. The optimization process is carried out for multiple times, and results of the multiple times are combined and learned to construct the co-expression network structure. A probability model is used to calculate a segmentation threshold, and the accurate and stable metabolic co-expression network is obtained.
