Abstract

The invention discloses a method for agglomerating and sorting fine coal slime by high-shearing oil. The method comprises the following steps: a. ore slurry formed by coal slime and water enters an ore slurry pre-treating device to be mixed; b. non-polar hydrocarbon-type oil is added into the ore slurry pre-treating device in a mixing process; c. slurry ore which is mineralized and mixed enters a high-shearing reaction kettle though a slag slurry pump to be treated; d, the coal slime subjected to a high-shearing oil agglomerating process enters a hydrocyclone to be graded; and e. fine-grain tailings which are not agglomerated enter an overflowing hole of the hydrocyclone and agglomerated fine coal enters a bottom flowing hole of the hydrocyclone. The method has the beneficial effects that the fine-grain coal is selectively agglomerated through high-speed shearing to form fine coal flocs with great granularity and relatively high strength; then the fine coal flocs are separated from fine gangue grains by adopting a cyclone grading method; and a sorting process is simplified and the coal slime with great content of high-ash fine slime can be sorted, so that the aim of efficiently sorting the fine-grain coal slime is realized.
