Abstract

The process includes the following steps that pretreatment is carried out, pretreated wastewater is discharged into an anaerobic tank, an anoxic tank, a surface aeration oxidation ditch, a tail-end anoxic zone and an end aerobic zone in sequence; solid-liquid separation is carried out through a secondary sedimentation tank; supernatant liquid discharged out of the secondary sedimentation tank enters a coagulation reaction tank, and outlet water from the coagulation reaction tank enters a denitrification filter tank; the water is discharged after being disinfected. According to the process, the anaerobic tank is arranged at the front end of the surface aeration oxidation ditch and used for biological phosphorus removal, and the anoxic tank is used for backflow of nitrate nitrogen mixed liquid contained in the tail end of the surface aeration oxidation ditch for denitrification nitrogen removal; the anoxic zone is arranged at the rear end of the surface aeration oxidation ditch, and an external carbon source is added and used for further removing nitrate nitrogen contained in outlet water from the oxidation ditch; the aerobic zone is arranged behind the anoxic zone and used for consuming residual excess organic matter; a raw water carbon source is fully utilized for pre-denitrification nitrogen removal in the oxidation ditch process, and it can be guaranteed that the outlet water standard of IV-class water is stably met.
