The cooling system comprises two hydrogen coolers which convey hydrogen through housings of the two generators, respectively and are connected to hydrogen driers through pipelines, respectively; outlet ends of the two hydrogen driers are connected to inlet ends of the two hydrogen coolers through pipelines, respectively; cooling water inlet pipes of the two hydrogen coolers communicate with each other through a first water pipe, water return pipes of the two hydrogen coolers communicate with each other through a second water pipe, and two stop valves are arranged on each of the first water pipe and the second water pipe.
