The invention provides a true triaxial fluid-structure interaction coal body seepage test device.The device comprises a loading unit, a hydraulic servo unit, a fluid unit and control units.A hydraulic chamber comprises a barrel and a cover plate assembled on the barrel and connected with the barrel in a sealed mode.The hydraulic servo unit is connected with the hydraulic chamber, an upper hydraulic cylinder, a left hydraulic cylinder and a right hydraulic cylinder through a hydraulic pipeline.Hydraulic oil in the hydraulic chamber applies pressure in the front-back direction to a coal sample.The upper hydraulic cylinder drives an upper pressure head and a lower pressure head in an assisted mode to apply pressure in the up-down direction to the coal sample.The left hydraulic cylinder drives a left pressure head and the right hydraulic cylinder drives a right pressure head to apply pressure in the left-right direction to the coal sample.The fluid unit controls fluid to pass through the coal sample for fluid-structure interaction.The control units are arranged on the hydraulic servo unit, a weight sensor, a pressure sensor, a displacement sensor and a flowmeter in a signal connection mode to obtain relevant physical parameters.The device has the advantages that permeability changes of the coal body under the condition of three-dimensional stress can be precisely simulated and analyzed.
