Wear-resistant oil for a wind turbine generator gear and a preparing method thereof are disclosed. The wear-resistant oil is prepared from 0.4-0.6 part by weight of mono-alkenyl succinimide, 0.1-0.3 part by weight of calcium alkylbenzene sulfonate, 0.05-0.15 part by weight of bis(4-octylphenyl)amine, 0.1-0.3 part by weight of 2,4-bis(dodecyl S-methyl)-6-methylphenol, 0.2-0.9 part by weight of an antiwear agent and 90-100 parts by weight of base oil. The wear-resistant oil has a long service lifetime even under severe working conditions, and meets lubricating requirements of a gearbox used in a wide temperature range. In addition, the extreme-pressure antiwear agent having a micro pitting corrosion resisting property is added, thus effectively avoiding or inhibiting formation of pitting corrosion, and ensuring normal operation of a large heavy-loaded mechanical gear transmission device.
