The invention aims to solve the problems that the prior heat-preservation material has instable and different product quality, high moisture content and high degree of shrinkage during drying and influences heat-preservation effect. The light heat-preservation material, according to mass percent, consists of 1.5 to 4.5 percent of structural modifier, 1 to 12 percent of expanded perlite powder, expanded vermiculite or floating bead, 1 to 3 percent of aluminum silicate fiber, 1 to 23 percent of nemalite, 1 to 4 percent of organic bentonite, 1 to 4 percent of calcium carbonate powder, 1 to 4 percent of magnesium silicate powder, 6 to 10 percent of adhesive, 1.5 to 3.5 percent of coating material auxiliary agent and the balance being water. The light heat-preservation material changes the inner structural form of a coating material and ensures that the inside of the coating material is in the shape of densely distributed and enclosed micropores, thereby reducing the coefficient of thermal conductivity of the coating material; moreover, during the drying of coating material slurry, the coating material has less shrinkage drying caused by water volatilization, less dry density and excellent comprehensive heat-preservation performance.

The preparation method of the branched type functionalized solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber comprises the steps that organolithium is used as an initiator, a structural modifier is added, so that butadiene and styrene generate copolymerization, when the monomer conversion rate of the copolymerization is close to 100%, long-chain hydrosiloxane is then added, a beta-selective hydrosilylation catalyst and an addition agent are added for hydrosilylation, the reaction temperature is 60-120 DEG C, the reaction time is 30-120 minutes, after the reaction is completed, the branched type functionalized solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber is obtained through termination, coagulation and drying. The lubricating grease is prepared according to the following steps: adding the thickening agent and 40-60% of the base oil into a reaction kettle, carrying out stirring and heating to 210-220 DEG C, keeping the temperature for 8-12 minutes, carrying out cooling to 160-180 DEG C, adding the antioxidant, carrying out cooling to 130-150 DEG C, adding the extreme-pressure anti-wear agent, adding 10-30% of the base oil, carrying out cooling, continuing to carry out stirring, adding the remaining base oil, carrying out stirring and cooling to 90 DEG C or below, adding the structure improver, and uniformly carrying out mixing by stirring. The produced lubricating grease has a relatively high melting point, good structural stability and good shearing resistance, and the consistency variation of the lubricating grease in a strong shearing environment in the bearing is small, so that the adhesion of the lubricating grease is guaranteed. The condensationpoint of the base oil is low, the cone penetration degree of the lubricating grease is 290-310, and the low-temperature pumping performance of the lubricating grease is ensured. The lubricating greaseis suitable for lubricating requirements of the working conditions of the blaster head bearing of the shot blasting machine.
