The system is characterized by being mainly composed of a central control unit, a double-power-supply switchover switch, an illumination lamp, a frequency correction circuit, an analog-to-digital conversion chip, a switch voltage-stabilized power circuit, a storage battery, a solar cell panel, a hybrid prefixed amplification circuit, a light sensor and the like, wherein the double-power-supply switchover switch, the illumination lamp and the frequency correction circuit are connected with the central control unit, the analog-to-digital conversion chip is connected with the frequency correction circuit, the switch voltage-stabilized power circuit and the storage battery are connected with the double-power-supply switchover switch, the solar cell panel is connected with the storage battery, and the hybrid prefixed amplification circuit, the light sensor and the like are connected with the analog-to-digital conversion chip. The frequency correction circuit can conduct frequency correction on signals output by the analog-to-digital conversion chip, and it is avoided that frequency fluctuation affects normal work of the system.
