Abstract

The air exhausting device comprises an extrusion screw rod, a machine barrel, a porous disc, an air exhausting pipe, a helical component, a gas absorber and a vacuum pumping device. The porous disc is fixed in the machine barrel in an embedded mode and arranged on the extrusion screw rod in a sleeving mode through a sliding bearing. The air exhausting pipe is inserted and fixed in the wall face of the top of the machine barrel where the porous disc is located. The air exhausting pipe is sequentially provided with the helical component, the gas absorber and an air pump in the flowing direction of gas. A filter net is installed between the top end of the helical component and the air exhausting pipe. A discharge outlet is installed between the bottom end of the helical component and the air exhausting pipe.
