Abstract

The invention discloses an independent sinking and floating engine which comprises a piston assembly, a main cylinder, an auxiliary cylinder, a working cylinder and a power output pipe, wherein the piston assembly comprises a gas moving piston and a guide rod floater piston which are connected with each other; the main cylinder is vertically arranged; the guide rod floater piston is arranged in the main cylinder; the auxiliary cylinder is parallel to or coaxial with the main cylinder; liquid in the main cylinder can flow into liquid in the auxiliary cylinder, and vice versa; gas in the main cylinder can flow into gas in the auxiliary cylinders, and vice versa; the power output pipe is arranged on the main cylinder; the working cylinder is provided with a cold end and a hot end; gas in the working cylinder can flow into gas in the main cylinder; the gas moving piston is arranged in the working cylinder; thermal expansion and cold contraction of the gas in the working cylinder drives the liquid level of a liquid piston to be changed, to drive the guide rod floater piston and the gas moving piston to do reciprocating motion, and reciprocating power generated is output by the power output pipe. The independent sinking and floating engine is higher in heat efficiency, and the size, the material use amount and the cost of the engine can be reduced.
