An ultrasonic anemoscope is mounted on a roof below the power transmission line; a sound sensor, a real-time dynamic data acquisition system, a computer host, a real-time data processing system and a wireless data transmission module are mounted in a room; the acquisition system is used for acquiring real-time data of the ultrasonic anemoscope and the sound sensor; the computer host is used for storing the real-time data of the acquisition system; the real-time data processing system of the computer host is used for processing the real-time data of the acquisition system, obtaining wind noise statistical information of the ultrasonic anemoscope and the sound sensor, publishing the wind noise statistical information to a remote database station through the wireless data transmission module and a 4G network and reading the wind noise statistical information of the remote database station through a remote client access system.
