Abstract

An eccentric sprocket mechanism on the spindle controls a horizontal sealing roller. Two bevel gears in pair are meshed with each other to convert horizontal rotation of the spindle into vertical rotation of a vertical shaft so as to drive a measuring cup type feeding plate to rotate. The spindle drives a longitudinal sealing roller to realize longitudinal sealing through a sliding gear and a second stepless speed regulation mechanism.
