Abstract

The invention provides health-preserving xanthoceras fruit shell tea as well as a preparation method and a system thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: in parts by weight, crushing 1 part of the xanthoceras fruit shells into granules of which granular sizes are 10mm or smaller; adding 105-145 parts of water into the granules, heating the mixture to 55-75 DEG C, and carrying out decocting for 1-3 times at the same temperature; and then, filtrating the liquid so as to obtain the health-preserving tea. The preparation system comprises a container and a heating device; the container is used for containing the xanthoceras fruit shells and the water; the heating device is used for carrying out the decocting; a spout extending towards a top part of the container is arranged on a side wall of the container; and a filter screen is arranged at an opening part of the spout. The preparation method and the preparation system of the health-preserving xanthoceras fruit shell tea is capable of removing bitter and astringent taste of the fruit shells as well as dissolving active ingredients of the xanthoceras fruit shells in the water and preserving activities thereof.
