Abstract
The invention relates to a filling body, and a preparation method and an application thereof. The invention especially relates to a thermal insulation filling body, and a preparation method and an application thereof. The raw materials for the filling body provided by the invention comprise a No.1 slurry and Al powder. The mass of the Al powder is 0.01-0.075% of that of the No.1 slurry. The No.1 slurry is composed of a No.1 raw material, a water reducing agent and water. The No.1 raw material comprises, by mass, 10-15% of cement, 60-65% of mill tailings, 10-15% of fly ash, 10-15% of lime, and 3-5% of gypsum. The mass of the water reducing agent is 0.2-0.4% of the total mass of cement and fly ash. The preparation method comprises the following steps: the No.1 slurry is prepared; the Al powder with the formula amount is added into the No.1 slurry; and a reaction is allowed under stirring, such that a finished product is obtained. With the method provided by the invention, a porous filling body with relatively high thermal insulation coefficient and with certain strength can be prepared. The filling body facilitates downhole ground pressure control and geothermal control in deep well mining. The filling body has important engineering significance.
