The humidity sensor is fixedly arranged at the right end of the connecting flange, the infrared sensors are parallelly mounted at the right ends of the photoelectric sensors, the press rollers are movably mounted at the right ends of the infrared sensors, the water suction panel is communicated with the inside of the water suction tank, the electronic controller is connected with the humidity sensor, the photoelectric sensors and the infrared sensors by circuits, and the fixing bolts are fixedly arranged at four corners of the top of the water suction tank.
