Abstract

The roll ball locating hoop is arranged between the inner hoop and the outer hoop. The roll balls are embedded between an outer rolling groove of the inner hoop and an inner rolling groove of the outer hoop and are located by the roll ball locating hoop. The pile holding bolts are arranged on the inner hoop in a penetrating mode. The dowel bars are symmetrically and perpendicularly welded to the outer sides of tangent lines of the inner hoop. The two dowel bars extend out of two dowel bar position holes of the outer hoop correspondingly. A load measured by the device is converted into torque acting on a pile body.
