Abstract

The invention discloses a machine vibration test tooling, system and method for audio output equipment. The tooling comprises an acquisition microphone, a micro-processor and a communication module, wherein the acquisition microphone is used for acquiring pre-determined frequency sweeping sound played by a loudspeaker of audio output equipment to be tested in a quiet room so as to obtain a test audio flow, and sending the test audio flow to the micro-processor; the micro-processor is used for obtaining one-dimensional code information uniquely for identifying the loudspeaker of the audio output equipment, and sending the test audio flow and the one-dimensional code information to a cloud side through the communication module, such that the cloud side compares the test audio flow by using a pre-stored standard audio flow of a qualified loudspeaker corresponding to the one-dimensional code information so as to obtain a test result; the communication module receives the test result returned by the cloud side and sends the test result to the micro-processor; and the micro-processor controls and outputs the test result.
