Abstract

The invention discloses an LED drive circuit, which comprises a linear adjusting pipe and a control circuit, wherein an AC input power supply is rectified through a rectifying circuit to obtain input voltage; the linear adjusting pipe is connected with an LED load in series; the input voltage is used for supplying the LED load with electricity; when the difference between the input voltage and the voltage at two ends of the LED load is smaller than threshold voltage, current flowing through the LED load is adjusted to be first current; when the difference between the input voltage and the voltage at two ends of the LED load is greater than the threshold voltage, the current flowing through the LED load is adjusted to be second current; and the first current is greater than the second current. According to the LED drive circuit, the power consumption of the linear adjusting pipe is reduced; and the system efficiency is improved.
