The method comprises the following steps: 1) after heat treatment of a welded joint, if no abnormity is generated on automatic recorded curves, the test hardness value can be taken at the welded seam and the heat influence zones, the sampling observation rate can be carried out according to the design regulation; 2) hardness number of the heat treatment welded seam generally does not exceed low hardness of HB+100 of a parent metal and should be followed with the following regulations: the total content of the alloy is less than 3%, HB is less than or equal to 270; the total content of the alloy is 3%-10%, HB is less than or equal to 300; and the total content of the alloy is greater than 10%, HB is less than or equal to 350; and 3) when the hardness number of the welded seam exceeds a prescribed range, double re-inspection can be carried out, the reason is found out, and the heat treatment and hardness test of the unqualified welded seam are carried out.
