The light modulation control unit includes a determination circuit, a constant-voltage light modulation circuit and a constant-current light modulation circuit; the determination circuit is used for comparing a first signal representing a voltage signal in a direct current signal outputted by the conversion unit with a reference signal and outputting a first enabling signal and a second enabling signal; the constant-voltage light modulation circuit receives the first enabling signal and outputting a first drive signal to a first switch circuit according to a light modulation signal and the first enabling signal so as to carry out constant-voltage light modulation; and the constant-current light modulation circuit receives the second enabling signal and outputting a current reference to the conversion control unit based on the light modulation signal and the second enabling signal so as to carry out constant-current light modulation.
