Problems solved by technology

Since the physiological temperature of the human body (about 37°C under normal conditions and up to 39°C when having a fever) is higher than 33°C, it means that if the cotton fiber N-isopropylacrylamide graft copolymer is used as a carrier to deliver the drug, It is basically impossible to deliver the drug to the lesion that people want to reach, and what is more serious is that it may cause damage to normal cells

Embodiment Construction

[0013] A drug-loadable temperature-sensitive hydrogel, the raw materials for its preparation include N-isopropylacrylamide (NIPAAm) and cellulose, and in the present invention, the raw materials also include acrylamide (Am), The cellulose is hydroxyethyl cellulose (HEC); the drug-loadable thermosensitive hydrogel is prepared by the following method and corresponding steps:

[0014] (1) Dissolve hydroxyethyl cellulose in distilled water, stir evenly at room temperature, and fully dissolve through ultrasonic vibration; wherein, hydroxyethyl cellulose: distilled water = 0.50~1.00g: 20.0ml;

[0015] (2) Add a homogeneous mixture of N-isopropylacrylamide and acrylamide to the solution prepared in step (1), and stir at room temperature until completely dissolved; among them, N-isopropylacrylamide: hydroxyethyl cellulose Element=0.20g: 0.50~1.00g, N-isopropylacrylamide: acrylamide=9~15g: 1g;

[0016] (3) Add initiator potassium persulfate (K 2 S 2 o 8 ), auxiliary agent tetrameth...

Abstract

Drug-loading thermosensitive hydrogel. Raw materials for preparation of the drug-loading thermosensitive hydrogel contain N-isopropylacrylamide, acrylamide and hydroxyethyl cellulose. Corresponding steps contain: dissolving hydroxyethyl cellulose in distilled water; adding an intermixture of N-isopropylacrylamide and acrylamide into a hydroxyethyl cellulose solution; adding an initiator potassium peroxodisulfate and an additive tetramethylethylenediamine, and introducing nitrogen for protection so as to obtain a grafting product; drying the grafting product, and extracting in an extractor by using acetone as an extractant; dissolving the purified grafting product in distilled water, adding sodium hydroxide and a cross-linking agent epoxy chloropropane, and carrying out magnetic stirring to obtain a drug-loading thermosensitive hydrogel semi-finished product; and soaking the semi-finished product in deionized water to obtain the drug-loading thermosensitive hydrogel with lower critical solution temperature being 37-41 DEG C. the product has equal level of mechanical strength in comparison with the prior art. In addition, the preparation is more convenient to operate, and time cost is saved.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a drug-loaded thermosensitive hydrogel modified with cellulose. Background technique [0002] Hydrogel is a water-soluble polymer substance with water as the dispersion medium. It has a three-dimensional network cross-linked structure, its shape is between liquid and solid, and it can be significantly swollen and insoluble in water. Therefore, people choose the hydrogel whose lower critical solution temperature (LCST) is very close to the physiological temperature of human body as one of the carrier materials for some targeted drugs, which is composed of monomer N-isopropylacrylamide (NIPAAm) prepared polymer - poly N-isopropylacrylamide (PNIPAAm) is a kind of this kind of hydrogel. However, due to the poor mechanical strength of pure poly-N-isopropylacrylamide hydrogel, it is difficult to process it into a carrier material with a fine structure and a fixed shape, and there is also the problem of a slow temperature res...
