When a human body electric field or a charged substance touches or approaches the top surface of the outer surface layer of the touch control product, microcurrent is conducted to the circuit board by the capacitive conducting wire layer and the conducting circuits to drive the electronic elements in the circuit board, and the circuit board supplies current for the lighting and heating circuit layer to perform lighting and heating, so that lighting and heating of the touch control product are realized.
