The power frequency electric heating reduction furnace comprises a vertical reduction segment and a horizontal settlement segment; a lower end channel of the vertical reduction segment communicates with an upper end channel of the horizontal settlement segment; the reduction segment is provided with a melt inlet, a reduction agent inlet and a zinc-containing flue gas outlet; and the horizontal settlement segment is provided with a slag outlet and a liquid lead outlet.
