The device of the present invention can minimize waste of living water from the use of a flushing toilet and also can minimize the amount of sewage causing water environmental pollution by filtering, storing and recycling the domestic sewage from the washstand, and can reduce product costs by a simple structure. The device of the present invention can perform follow-up management easily by being able to replace a filter at a front easily without noise when the filtered water flows into the storage tank, can display the water level automatically by installing a water level sensor in the water storage tank, and can achieve usage convenience of the user.
