A user traveling optimization recommendation method based on mobile Internet comprises the following steps that firstly, traveling factors considered by a user are determined, wherein the factors include traveling duration selection, traveling path selection, travelling mode selection and transfer selection; secondly, a tensor operation model of a user traveling scheme is established according to the factors; thirdly, calculation results of the tensor operation model of the user traveling scheme are added into candidate recommendation schemes, and candidate scheme score calculation is carried out; fourthly, acquired scores of the candidate recommendation schemes are provided for the user for experience, feedback results for the experience of the user are acquired, score ranking is carried out on the traveling schemes recommended to the user based on evaluation indexes, and then the final recommendation scheme is obtained to be selected by the user.
