Abstract

The invention relates to an organic light-emitting display device and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises: a substrate is provided; a first pixel electrode, a pixel defining layer, and a heating grid are arranged on the substrate. The pixel defining layer is arranged at the periphery of the first pixel electrode; and the heating grid encircles the first pixel electrode. An organic layer arranged on the substrate covers the heating grid and the first pixel electrode. A second pixel electrode is arranged on the organic layer. The heating grid is heated, so that the organic layer in contact with the temperature of the heating grid at least reaches a threshold temperature value of the organic layer. With the method, because the temperature of the heating grid can be increased to the threshold temperature, the corresponding organic layer is in an electrical insulating state, so that the crosstalk phenomenon between adjacent pixel units can be avoided. Moreover, during the organic layer setting process, usage of a high-precision mask plate is not required, so that the preparation process is reduced and the costs are lowered. The display device is prepared by the method.
