The method comprises the following steps that: user terminals record page behavior information and submit the page behavior information to a live streaming platform server; the live streaming platform server caches and pre-processes the page behavior information, and transmits the page behavior information to a distributed real-time computing module in the forms of a plurality of data slices; the distributed real-time computing module resolves and verifies the page behavior information, and adds users corresponding to page behavior information which passes verification into active user set fragments corresponding to current time; and an active user set functional module periodically updates the active user set fragments corresponding to the current time into a created time wheel by taking active computing time intervals as periods.
