Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method of SN-grade gasoline engine oil being 5W / 20 in viscosity. The preparation method includes the steps of: 1) blending of basic oil: mixing and uniformly stirring high-end PAO, hydrogenation isomerized basic oil and polyol ester, and allowing the mixture to stand for 20 min for later use; 2) blending of an additive: mixing and uniformly stirring polymethacrylate and polyisobutene, and allowing the mixture to stand for 10 min for later use; 3) blending of a functional agent: mixing and uniformly stirring petroleum synthetic barium sulfonate, zinc dialkyldithiophosphate and sodium molybdate, and allowing the mixture to stand for 10 min for later use; 4) preparation of mixed oil: uniformly mixing the blended basic oil and the blended additive, heating the mixture to 70 DEG C, and cooling the mixture to room temperature after 3 h to prepare mixed oil; and 5) adding the blended functional agent to the mixed oil, stirring the mixture uniformly, and performing suction filtration to prepare the finish product. The basic oil in the 5W / 20 SN-grade gasoline engine oil is finely selected.
