Abstract

The invention relates to a state of charge-based hybrid energy storage hierarchical coordination control method, which is used for control of a micro-grid comprising a hybrid energy storage unit. The hybrid energy storage unit comprises a storage battery and a supercapacitor that are connected to a direct-current bus through DC/DC converters respectively; and the direct-current bus is connected to an alternating-current bus of the micro-grid through a DC/AC converter. The method comprises the following steps of obtaining a voltage of the alternating-current bus of the micro-grid, a frequency of the alternating-current bus and a comprehensive state of charge of the hybrid energy storage unit, performing upper-layer power optimization control, obtaining a output power instruction of the DC/AC converter, and controlling the DC/AC converter to work; and obtaining a voltage of the direct-current bus, performing lower-layer power allocation by taking the stable voltage of the direct-current bus as a target, obtaining charging-discharging power instructions of the storage battery and the supercapacitor, and controlling the corresponding DC/DC converter to work. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantage that overcharging or overdischarging of a hybrid energy storage battery can be effectively prevented.
