Abstract

The invention discloses a cross-system weak-coupling associated business fault positioning method. The method comprises the following steps of: monitoring a log text file output by each application system in real time by a log collection program, automatic collecting change records of the log text files, and storing the change records in a log big database; receiving query information, carry a transaction serial number, input by a user; and obtaining complete log record information corresponding to the transaction serial number from the log big database according to the transaction serial number, wherein the log record information comprises user ID information, occurrence time information, machine IP information, application ID information, a transaction type and context information. Visibly, the method disclosed by the invention can be used for searching the corresponding log record information from the log big database according to the transaction serial number and realizing rapid fault positioning through the log record information.
