According to the cyclotron, through combining a single-inner-rod-structure spiral chamber with a double-inner-rod-structure spiral chamber, a new Y-structure inner rod spiral chamber model is formed, wherein one end of a front branch rod and one end of a back branch rod are connected with an acceleration plate electrode, and the other end of the front branch rod and the other end of the back branch rod are connected with a central single inner rod, wherein the front branch rod and the back branch rod have different radiuses and different lengths. According to the Y-structure inner rod spiral chamber provide by the invention, large-range adjustment for chamber resonance frequency and voltage distribution can be realized through adjusting the height of a central single inner rod and positions of the central single inner rod and the two branch rods, and fine adjustment on the chamber resonance chamber is finished through changing distance between a fine-turning capacitor and top end of a chamber housing.
