Embodiment Construction

[0031] The present invention will be further explained below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific implementation.

[0032] figure 1 It is the business process of the monitoring and early warning method for citrus diseases and insect pests based on distributed compressed sensing WSN in this embodiment.

[0033] In this embodiment, the wireless sensor nodes are deployed on the crops, the biological information and environmental information of the crops are obtained in real time, the information is transmitted to the gateway node of the wireless sensor, and then the gateway node transmits the information to the remote server through the wireless network (GPRS) for comprehensive analysis decision making. The specific monitoring location, monitoring time point, and monitoring period should be determined based on the past disease characteristics of the monitored citrus and the physiological characteristics of diseases and insect pests. The network topology di...

Abstract

The invention relates to a citrus pest monitoring early warning method based on a distributed compression perception WSN (wireless sensor network). The distributed compression perception and wireless sensor network is applied to environment monitoring on citrus crops and early warning of citrus pests. The method comprises steps that combined sparse expression, code measurement and combined information reconstruction of the image data monitored by wireless sensor network nodes are carried out through utilizing the distributed compression perception technology; a deep convolution neural network (DCNN) algorithm is utilized to carry out image mode identification, and a pest parameter (image) characteristic database is established; the citrus pest bioinformation and environment information parameter indexes are quantified, and pest disaster early warning is timely and accurately emitted according to a decision mechanism. Through the method, the distributed compression perception image processing technology is utilized, transmission pressure of large-volume images in the wireless network is reduced, a timely, on-site, low-power and strong-vitality wireless network monitoring system is established through utilizing the wireless sensor network, agricultural monitoring precision is improved, and a citrus pest early warning period is shortened.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for monitoring and early warning of citrus diseases and insect pests based on distributed compressed sensing WSN, belonging to the technical field of crop diseases and insect pests prevention and control Background technique [0002] For a long time, my country has lacked sufficient understanding of basic and public welfare research on the catastrophe trend, disaster formation law and mechanism of major pests and diseases, and lacks systematic and long-term real-time monitoring of some important pests and diseases that occur nationally and locally. It is difficult to accurately forecast, which is one of the reasons for the passive situation that crop diseases and insect pests are hard to prevent. Citrus crops are important economic crops in southern my country. There are many types of pests and diseases that occur on them. Common diseases include citrus anthracnose, canker, scab, Huanglongbing, etc. Common pests include...
